Built in 1868 by Captain Barteaux, a French sea captain who immigrated to Annapolis Royal (formerly known as Port Royal), Carlisle House Inn boasts an elegance of yesteryear with the modern conveniences of a modern country inn. The Inn offers nine recently renovated guest rooms each with private ensuite baths,and a grand dinning room serving scrumptious breakfast and afternoon tea.
